		<description>We did Mark Bittman's frittata recipe last week too, with lots of chard, onions, and garlic! And the kids ate it right up, so that's one way to get chard into them! Can't wait till we have red peppers, those are my favorite for frittatas. I think we'll be trying the zucchini fritters recipe this week, sounds delicious.</description>
