I'm also a fan of the Yemaya Melt. After my daughter was born I begged my husband to bring one to the hospital. That's what I was craving!

To promote another local panini, Webster's is doing a fantastic thing called the "Yemaya Melt." It's about as far from anything with meat on it, but it's incredibly delicious, made with locally-produced Gemelli's bread, and, in season, I'm sure the veggies are local.

I personally have a bit of a problem with Fraser Street's model of vending Boar's Head products, which are quite far from local, fresh, sustainable, or organic. We need to support more local meat and cheese producers.
